How a project actually runs.
Four stages. The SHIP Framework™, clear checkpoints, no black-box development. Same process for new builds and vibe-code rescues.
- 01
Scope Lock
Week 1: we lock the architecture, the stack, and success criteria together, no surprises on scope or approach once building starts.
- 02
High-Velocity Build
Weekly video updates and working test builds on your own device, you watch the product take shape sprint by sprint, not at a single big reveal.
- 03
Integration Ready
Auth, payments, push notifications, real-time sync, the integrations that make a prototype a real product, built in as core infrastructure, not bolted on after.
- 04
Production Deploy
App Store and Play Store submission, fully handled, plus monitoring and a clean handoff, we stay on through the first production week, when things actually break.
Common questions
Plan for 2–3 hours per week: sprint reviews, async feedback on designs, and quick decisions when we hit forks. We don't need you in standups, but we do need a decision-maker reachable within a business day.
Most greenfield MVPs ship in 10–16 weeks. Vibe-code rescues and production-hardening engagements are often shorter once the audit is done. Larger platforms run 4–6 months. You'll get a realistic range after Discover, not a padded estimate designed to win the deal.
Yes. Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, Claude Code, or a hand-written MVP — if it's salvageable, we'll audit it in week one and tell you honestly whether to harden, rewrite, or stop. Even when that means less work for us.
