The brief

TODAS needed a complete training platform, course delivery, user management, and live chat so instructors could reach students in real time.

The problem

Real-time chat at the platform level needs multi-role access control and a backend built for concurrent live connections from day one.

The approach

We built the complete MERN stack platform, React frontend, Node.js/Express backend, MongoDB database, Socket.io-powered real-time chat, multi-role access control, and full cloud deployment.

Result

A production SaaS platform with real-time communication built into its foundation, delivered without handoffs between separate frontend/backend teams.
