The brief

Calo needed a full cross-platform mobile app built from scratch, meal planning, nutrition tracking, and real-time sync, on a backend built to handle real user load.

The problem

Meal-tracking apps live or die on data reliability, sync has to hold up under real daily use across two platforms, or the product churns fast.

The approach

We architected and built the complete React Native app, wired the Firebase backend for real-time sync, and handled both App Store and Play Store submissions end to end.

Result

100,000+ active users on iOS and Android, proof this is engineering that holds up well past the pilot stage.
